EDN 513 - Organizational Development for Early Childhood Programs
This course is designed to provide early childhood professionals with critical planning and administration of early childhood programs. The purpose of this course is to contribute to the professional preparation of preservice and in-service early childhood program leaders, administrators, and professionals by guiding how to plan or implement, market, and evaluate programs serving children from birth through school age. This course aims to equip early childhood leaders, administrators, and professionals with the key expertise and skills they need to be effective in early childhood programs' quality programming.
