CMR 584 - Emergency and Crisis Leadership |
This graduate level course is designed to increase the knowledge of leadership theory and practice as it pertains to functioning in a crisis environment. The student will be asked to research perceived failures in crisis response and attempt to determine if they were a result of leadership failure. Student participation and discourse are encouraged as is sharing personal leadership challenges and any personal or professional disaster experiences.
