CLR 560 - Biostatistical Literacy and Applications |
The course seeks to provide students with both a conceptual and applied understanding of the most commonly utilized statistical methods in clinical research. A combined literacy and application course, the focus will be on both the consumption and the production of statistics. For statistical literacy, results (from published research articles and created examples) will be dissected, discussed, evaluated and interpreted. For application, both mock and real-world data will be managed, analyzed, and interpreted using statistical software.
