SEC 504 - Advanced Theory and Practice in Teaching Secondary Mathematics
Corequisites: SEC 500. Focus on the connections between theory and practice in teaching mathematics with emphasis on the role of inquiry in informing instruction. Opportunities to design and implement lessons in mathematics using a variety of instructional strategies that meet curriculum objectives, as well as address the needs of diverse learners. Reflection and self analysis are emphasized throughout the course.
