BIO 489 - Benthic Ecology
The scientific study of the organisms and processes that structure coastal benthic communities. Benthic communities encompass the vast seafloor areas of estuaries and oceans and support aquatic communities, fisheries, larger species of interest, and critical ecosystem processes.
