All students are expected to attend and participate in person at the assigned day/time. (F2F) Prerequisite or Corequisite: FST 201 Highlighting the series Documentary Now! and other satirical and non-fiction media, this course will examine documentary filmmaking and satire, culminating in the creation of an original project. Through readings, screenings and hands-on production workshops, students will gain insight into the intersection of truth, humor and storytelling and its ability to shape perceptions of reality and provoke social commentary.
