CHM 417 - Medicinal Chemistry |
Study of the various principles involved in, and the multidisciplinary nature of, modern drug design. The course will focus on the chemical and biological principles that are fundamental to "medicinal chemistry" and upon the understanding of how and why certain chemicals interact at biological targets.
