SEC 430 - Seminar-Leadership, Reflection and Management Practices
Development of instructional skills required for successful teaching with regard for the particular needs of the student's academic discipline. Emphasis is given to 1) acquisition of leadership qualities and characteristics, 2) professional documentation of reflective growth, and 3) integration of effective behavior management strategies.
