Theory, methods of solution, and applications of ordinary differential equations with emphasis on first and second order (linear and nonlinear) equations, and systems of first order equations. Methods used include Laplace transforms, matrices, eigenvalues and eigenvectors. Additional topics from power series solutions and numerical methods.
