MAT 275 - Axiomatic Systems
Introduction to logic and mathematical proof with a focus on properties of the real number system. Elementary set theory, relations, functions, cardinality, algebraic and completeness properties of the reals and topics from axiomatic systems. Precision in the language of mathematics and rigor in proofs. Student presentations.
