EXSL 420 - Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning II Laboratory |
Course is a one credit comprehensive overview of the practical/applied principles of strength and conditioning. Emphasis is placed on developing skills in fitness testing, exercise technique, organization and administration, and program design. Two laboratory hours each week.
