CLR 330 - Fundamentals of Biopharmaceutical Product Development |
This course provides an overview of the development of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products for the marketplace. This course reviews the theoretical and practical aspects of the discovery of new entities, the preclinical process, chemistry manufacturing and controls (CMC), manufacturing and scale-up of candidate products, over-the counter and generic drugs, production and stability of marketed products as well as the overall costs of drug development.
