EXS 410 - Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning
This course is a comprehensive overview of the scientific foundations of strength and conditioning. Emphasis will be placed on the exercise sciences, including anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and the psychology of performance.
