STT 501 - Applied Statistical Methods
Applied Statistical Methods. Prerequisite: Any elementary statistics course. A survey of statistical methods for scientists. Topics include: data description, probability, estimation and hypothesis testing, ANOVA, simple linear and multiple linear regression and contingency tables. This course does not count towards the Master���s degree in mathematics. No credit granted after successful completion of STT 411, 412, 511, or 512. May be taken once for credit, open only to graduate students.
